No Guilt, No Crust Pumpkin Pie

1 - 15oz. can pure pumpkin
1 - 12oz can 2% evaporated milk
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup dark brown, 1/4 cup white)
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients together, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 tsp. ground ginger
3 tsp. ground allspice
